The Data Science team works to research and develop new statistical and machine learning methods for the generation and assessment of synthetic data as well as providing consulting services to clients. Our Replica Analytics Engineering team is responsible for all aspects of our flagship product, Replica Synthesis, including design, development, deployment, and operation.

• Deploy Replica Synthesis to customer environments and support the Data Science Consulting team’s use of the platform
• Support the Data Science R&D team’s computing and infrastructure requirements
• Automate handling of internal requests for computing and infrastructure requirements
• Perform delivery and production support tasks, continually streamlining automation and processes to improve our maturity and efficiency

• Self-starter with experience deploying and supporting cloud applications
• Strong communicator with the ability to gather requirements from internal and external customers
• Excellent time management skills to balance responding to urgent support requests and larger scale process improvements
• Strong interest in working with a remote team and a willingness to ask questions and share information with the rest of the team

• 3+ years experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering roles
• 2+ years experience developing in Golang, Python, or other programming language
• 2+ years experience in IaC tools and languages such as Pulumi, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, or Packer
• 2+ years experience engineering solutions on major cloud provider platforms: Amazon Web Services, GCP or Microsoft Azure
• Linux administration experience
• Experience deploying to and orchestrating containers (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Experience automating deployment, scaling, and managing containerized applications
• Experience supporting infrastructure needs of internal teams
• Application security knowledge, including encryption, access control, and identity management
• Experience monitoring distributed applications using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
